Chopda Vitran is Lok Seva Samiti’s book distribution support program. Parents can register a student once, save the Application ID, and visit the centre when distribution is announced.ચોપડા વિતરણ લોક સેવા સમિતિનો શિક્ષણ સહાય કાર્યક્રમ છે. વાલી વિદ્યાર્થીની નોંધણી કરી Application ID સાચવી રાખે અને વિતરણની તારીખે કેન્દ્ર પર આવે.

The system keeps the process clear for families and manageable for the Volunteer Admin team. / પરિવાર અને VAdmin ટીમ માટે પ્રક્રિયા સરળ અને સ્પષ્ટ રહે છે.
Register Online
Parent/student fills the form using mobile, website link or QR scan. Aadhaar is optional. / વાલી અથવા વિદ્યાર્થી મોબાઇલ, વેબસાઇટ લિંક અથવા QR થી ફોર્મ ભરી શકે છે. આધાર વૈકલ્પિક છે.
Save Application ID
The system generates a unique ID. This helps VAdmin find the student quickly at the centre. / સિસ્ટમ અનન્ય ID બનાવે છે, જેથી કેન્દ્ર પર વિદ્યાર્થીની માહિતી ઝડપથી મળી શકે.
Receive Study Material
VAdmin approves allowed items and records full or partial distribution with quantity tracking. / VAdmin મળવાપાત્ર વસ્તુઓ મંજૂર કરે છે અને જથ્થા સાથે સંપૂર્ણ અથવા અધૂરું વિતરણ નોંધે છે.

Clear guidance before families visit the centre / કેન્દ્ર પર આવતાં પહેલા જરૂરી માર્ગદર્શન
The form explains what is required. If a student does not have Aadhaar or marksheet, the system still accepts the registration and highlights it for VAdmin review. Families must bring Xerox copies of Aadhaar and marksheet if available when coming to collect. / ફોર્મમાં જરૂરી માહિતી સ્પષ્ટ છે. આધાર અથવા માર્કશીટ ન હોય તો પણ નોંધણી સ્વીકારાશે અને VAdmin સમીક્ષા કરશે. ચોપડા લેવા આવતી વખતે ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તો આધાર અને માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ લાવવી.
Aadhaar Optional
Enter Aadhaar if available. If not, Application ID and System ID are generated automatically. / આધાર હોય તો દાખલ કરો, નહિતર Application ID અને System ID આપમેળે બનશે.
Marksheet Flexible
Upload image/PDF, capture from camera, or select “does not have marksheet” with reason. / ઇમેજ/PDF અપલોડ કરો, કેમેરાથી ફોટો લો અથવા કારણ સાથે માર્કશીટ નથી વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરો.
Item-wise Quantity
Textbook, bundle, pen, pen box, slate and other items are managed separately.
Transparent Status
Completed, partially distributed and pending quantities stay visible to VAdmin.
Support the Mission
Book distribution is also a bridge to other NGO support.
Families visiting through Chopda Vitran can also learn about Lok Seva Samiti’s education, health, protection, volunteer and donation programs. / ચોપડા વિતરણ માટે આવતા પરિવારો લોક સેવા સમિતિના શિક્ષણ, આરોગ્ય, સેવા, સ્વયંસેવક અને દાન કાર્યક્રમો વિશે પણ જાણી શકે છે.
Registration checklist / નોંધણી ચેકલિસ્ટ

- ✓ Parent name, mobile and address / વાલીનું નામ, મોબાઇલ નંબર અને સરનામું
